Breaking news:
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (FOX 32 News) - Federal authorities raided the Indiana home of Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle early Tuesday morning.
FOX 59 in Indianapolis reports officials were serving warrants at Fogle's Zionzville, Ind. home in connection with a child pornography investigation.
The raid reportedly began around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. State and local officials were also at the scene.
FOX 59 reports a former director of the Jared Foundation, which was started by Fogle, was arrested earlier this year after being accused of possessing and producing child pornography. During that investigation, investigators found more than 500 videos with child pornographic images. At the time, Fogle said the foundation cut ties with the former director.
It is not yet known if Tuesday morning's raid was connected to that case.

Update:
CBS affiliate WTTV and The Indianapolis Star report the house belongs to Fogle and that he was detained while electronics were removed from the home and analyzed inside a mobile forensics van. The Indianapolis Star photographed Fogle Tuesday stepping out of a police evidence van parked outside his home. Fogle later left his house with his attorney. He was wearing a rain jacket with the hood up.
Investigators from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service are also on the scene and assisting with the investigation, according to Dan Taylor, an inspector with the agency's Indianapolis office. He noted that the agency is called in when investigations involve items sent through the mail
Update 2:
Following a July 7 police raid on his Indiana home, former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle is now accused of bragging to a colleague about having “amazing” sex with a 16-year-old girl in text messages, a report claims.
The alleged messages, sent between Fogle and a former female Subway franchisee, have been subpoenaed by the FBI in an affidavit, Business Insider reports.
The anonymous former franchisee allegedly shared the messages with Subway management at the time — but the company did nothing, according to her attorney.
According to the Business Insider, which viewed the messages, Fogle repeatedly asks the woman to post an advertisement for sex with other men on Craigslist.
Fogle then tells the woman he will pay her $500 per act if she will let him watch.
The messages were recorded from the woman’s phone by a court reporter in 2008, and span from January to June.
An affidavit obtained by Business insider shows that Fogle asked the former subway franchisee in May 2008 to set up a meeting for him with her under age cousin.
"When can we find a time for me to talk to your cousin?" asks Fogle in a message dated May 1, 2008.
"Any more news with your cousin?" he asks the next day. "Tell me what u think about when u think of the three of us all altogether???"
Additionally, the affidavit shows Fogle asked the woman in April: "How young would you like? … Would you want to have an adventure like that?"
The woman’s lawyer says that on June 19, Fogle again asked the woman to place an advertisement for herself on craigslist.
"Is this the same website you found that 16 year old girl that you f*cked? …I still can’t believe you only paid $100 for her," the woman responded.
"It was amazing!!!!" said Fogle.
"What part of her ad made you think she was selling sex?" she asked.
"U will have to read them to see," said Fogle.
A former journalist, who asked to remain anonymous, has also come forward to claim that Fogle has made inappropriate remarks to her about middle-school girls.
"According to the woman, Jared would often visit schools in Sarasota County, and allegedly told her numerous times that, 'Middle school girls are hot,'" reported Florida ABC affiliate WWSB.
The woman says Fogle made other remarks to her that made her feel uncomfortable, but didn’t go into detail.
"They weren’t jokes. They were very serious," she told WWSB.
Another report reveals the woman contacted the FBI about the comments, and was later asked to wear a wire to record conversations with Fogle.
Fogle and the woman were apparently in a sexual relationship at the time, but she became uncomfortable with Fogle as he continued to push her to post sex ads and other trysts on the classified ad site, her lawyers say.
Innocent until proven guilty of course, but I won't be surprised to find out that the high-school fatty dweeb lost a bunch of weight and became a millionaire and is now hitting on all the middle school and high school girl types that wouldn't give him the time of day back then.
Update 3:
FOX59 has confirmed Jared Fogle, the former Subway spokesman, is expected to plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges.
Sources say Fogle will accept a plea deal Wednesday. The U.S. Attorney’s Office will hold a press conference tomorrow afternoon to discuss the deal and charges against Fogle.
Fogle’s attorney, Ron Elberger, had no comment in regards to the plea deal. He said any information regarding the charges would come from the attorney’s office. Elberger did say Fogle’s suspension with Subway continues.
This pervy bastard's public life is over. His wife is suing for divorce. I have little doubt she'll take him for every penny he's got. Hopefully they can go through his assets and figure out how much he made off his child porn business and send that money to children's homes and such.
Jail's gonna be fun for this doughy f*ck. I hear they like child predators in there.
